"Joshua Stackhouse combines feeling, finesse, and fun in equal measure. You’ll be entertained so thoroughly that it might take a while to realize you’ve also been moved, instructed, and even inspired."

– Michael Feinstein

"His music is always cleverly worded and backed by a catchy musical theater meets pop meets rockabilly beat..."

– Kevin Alvey (BroadwayWorld.com)

"Who!?"

–  The New York Times

Welcome to the Joshua Stackhouse website! Now, show of hands: who already knows who Joshua Stackhouse is?

No? Really? How 'bout you in the poorly-lit dorm room? No, eh?

Alright, seems like we better start at the beginning:

Josh is a musical theatre songwriter who has appeared at Birdland, Don't Tell Mama, and Feinstein's/54 Below. His music has been performed around the world–from Italy to Japan to South Africa to Australia–while he's honed his craft under the guidance of Michael John LaChiusa, Andrew Lippa, and the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop.

I know what you're thinking: "Sure, that looks great on paper, bruh, but what's his music actually sound like!?"

Fair question, sir or ma'am!

Since you're here, why not check out a video or demo and decide for yourself?
